A beautiful antique old pine office desk updated with a contemporary black painted floor plinth design. This writing desk is a brilliant large size perfect for working from home, and even has a secret hidden cupboard with pigeon holes and two smaller drawers tucked away under the kneehole part of the desk. The desk is designed with a decorative detail on the back too, as can be seen in the video in the listing, so would be a great standalone statement desk in a room where you can walk around the piece, as well as the option of being great against a wall.
Some of the drawers have been lined for an extra pretty touch here and there.
This desk has lots of bumps and historically treated inactive woodworm holes which show so much character and make this piece very collectable to those who appreciate It as part of the history of a piece like this. It has visibly been well loved over time with lots of stories of life, and lots more life left in it yet!

I have taken great care to upcycle and paint this piece to give it a fresh new life for years to come, but any dents or marks it may have are there to show it's previous life :).
